CONDITIONS OF LEASE

Self Catering:
All our units are self catering and no daily cleaning service will be available.

Availability:
Units let are subject to availability on the day of arrival. Should the unit not be available the agency reserves the right to accommodate you in a similar unit or refund all money paid.

Overloading of units:
The units are designed for a specific number of people, if it is reported that there are more people in the unit you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation once the unit is booked, and the deposit paid the deposit will only be refunded on the following conditions. When the unit has been re-booked the deposit will be paid back less the following deductions, R800 admin and 10% booking fee. In the event of partial re-booking of the unit the deposit will apply to the unbooked time and the balance paid back less admin fee of R800 and the 10% booking fee.

Pets:
There are no pets allowed in the units.

On Departure:
Please wash all crockery and cutlery. Leave all foodstuff in fridge and don't switch off. Please lock all doors and windows. Drop keys at office or SASOL garage

Keys will only be available if the accommodation is paid in full.
